    Join me on Waiheke Island for a short standing cardio Pilates class.

    Expect to get the heart rate up and work the legs and glutes. Optional hand weights to challenge the arms also.

    Strengthen the glutes while toning the abs. This workout is perfect to pair with a walk or a run.

    This is a standing barre/ Pilates inspired workout. You can use a chair, the kitchen bench or a rail like I am to lean on. We challenge the legs, the arms and get the heart rate up.

  • Power Express / Pilates Favourites

    Great to do on those days you are short on time but need to move your body or after a workout for some targeted toning. No equipment is needed, Im not sure why im holding weights in the intro x

  • Pilates HIIT Circuit

    Pilates exercises mixed with HIIT Fitness movements to create a cardio Pilates circuit, 1-3 rounds

    You can choose to cut out the jumps if needed. Can be done once as a quick cardio blast or multiple times for a HIIT circuit. Enjoy x

    This workout is designed to have an extra focus on the core strength and tone while working the entire body

    Complete this stretch when you need to recover or do as soon as you finish a run to improve movement patterns and flexibility.

    If you are wanting to challenge the glutes and the abs all in 16 minutes, this is the workout for you! Be sure to add it to your list if you enjoyed it.

    Expect to feel the glutes working in all directions with short core bursts throughout.

  • Arms Burner

    I hope that workout title didn't put you off! Yes it may burn but it is 8 minutes long, you can do this.

    Grab some light hand weights and focus on keeping core connected.

  • Core and Stretches

    This work workout followed by stretches is one of my favourites.

    Expect to mobilise the body to start with, then challenge the entire core before finishing with full body stretches.

  • Lower Abs

    This workout is designed to target the entire core but especially the lower abs. We do each pair of exercises twice to ensure you can work on correct form. Take rests if needed

  • Cardio Arms

    This video is short and fiery. Expect to get a sweat on while working the arms. I suggest light weights 0.5- 1kg.

  • HIIT Pilates with Arms

    This session will get the heart rate up and sculpt the legs and the arms.

    We complete 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest for the standing series and mix this with targeted arm exercises. Jump movements are optional , low impact options are provided.
